Introduction Welcome to the role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
As an HRBP, you will be the key contact between the Human Resources department and the business, providing HR expertise and support to help the business achieve its goals.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business needs and delivering a range of HR services such as recruitment, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and talent management.
Your goal is to ensure that the HR processes are aligned with the overall business strategy, enabling the business to reach its objectives.

Job Responsibilities Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent.
Recruit candidates for open positions, including screening employment applications, conducting interviews, performing pre-employment tests and obtaining background checks on employees as necessary.
Analyze job descriptions and qualifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Design and implement training and development programs for existing and new employees.
Analyze employee surveys and other data to assess employee engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain employee records, including benefits, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes Develop and implement policies and procedures related to personnel Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on personnel matters Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs Monitor employee relations and investigate any reported issues Facilitate performance management and employee development activities Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role In-depth knowledge of HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations Solid understanding of the organization's mission, values, and goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce PI226685028 Recommended Skills Business Administration Business Requirements Communication Confidentiality Customer Relationship Management Decision Making Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
